That knowledge doesn't go out of date and he can stand behind all of it.

What he doesn't do: track current retail models, compare this year's FoodSaver lineup, or write paid product reviews. The vacuum sealer market moves fast and Roger isn't shopping it. If your question is "which sealer should I buy right now?" — Wirecutter and Consumer Reports will give you a more useful answer than he will.
